Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This opportunity is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings and CV screenings.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communication with candidates.
- Provide essential administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and an OND, HND, or BSc in HR Management or a related field.
