Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and update the HR database
- Support payroll, leave management, and training activities
- Manage HR administrative tasks and promote employee engagement
Qualifications:
- Current NYSC Corper in HR, Business Administration, etc.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Genuine interest in Human Resources management
