Job Description
Matrix Design and Works is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to improve our human resource policies and processes. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing recruitment, employee onboarding, and training initiatives.
Key responsibilities encompass the development of compensation and benefits programs, supervision of performance management, and fostering positive employee relations. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from ₦200,00.00 to ₦300,00.00 per month.
Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of HR or administrative experience, with HR certification preferred. Candidates must reside in the Sangotedo – Ajah area and have relevant experience managing blue-collar staff.
