Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Designing compensation and benefits packages
- Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
- Implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
- Assessing training needs and coordinating learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Monitoring HR department’s budget
- Acting as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
- Managing employees’ grievances
- Creating and running referral bonus programs
- Reviewing current HR technology and recommending more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
- Measuring employee retention and turnover rates
- Overseeing daily operations of the HR department
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Officer, Assistant HR Manager
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Job Location: Isolo
- Age (27-34) years of age
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
Experience:
