Deepwater Engineering Limited (DEL) is actively looking for a dedicated HR / Crewing Officer to join our dynamic team located in Lekki, Lagos. This full-time, on-site position focuses on managing crew activities, coordinating crewing processes, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations as well as company policies.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field and demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in the offshore Oil and Gas or Marine industry will be considered an advantage.
