Job Description
Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner and consultant to management on HR-related matters, aligning business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR needs, and delivering integrated HR solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of the business and its goals to drive HR initiatives that support the company’s growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Act as a coach and advisor to managers on HR-related issues.
- Manage talent acquisition and retention strategies to meet business needs.
- Drive employee engagement and change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HRIS and data analytics is a plus.
