We are seeking a dedicated Strategic HR Business Partner to align our business strategies with effective talent management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, supporting the development of HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, all while promoting engagement and productivity within the organization.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, and strong analytical skills. Professional HR certification is a plus.
Salary: ₦250,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month.
