Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of HR Business Analyst at Talentsquare. As an HR Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting HR data to provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and strategies.
Your main duties will include conducting data analysis, tracking HR metrics, identifying trends, and developing reports and presentations. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, and use your analytical skills to support decision-making and drive HR initiatives.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in HR analytics, with experience in using data visualization tools and HR systems. You should also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as you will be required to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
