Job Description
Dexa Medica, a prominent member of the Dexa Group, is excited to announce an opening for an HR Associate Manager in Lagos, Nigeria. This full-time role requires a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for manufacturing positions, overseeing performance management systems, and ensuring adherence to Nigerian labor regulations. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication abilities, proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, along with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
