Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Associate with a consulting background to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic HR support and guidance, contribute to HR initiatives and programs, and assist in recruitment efforts, policy development, talent management, and performance reviews.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, HR policy development, and compliance.
- Support talent management, onboarding, training, and retention strategies.
- Manage performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Build strong client relationships as an HR advisor.
Qualifications:
- BSc/HND in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
