Job Description
- Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Support HR administration by assisting employees with inquiries, processing enrollments, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Proper documentation of employee records.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely completion of paperwork, orientation sessions, and effective integration into the company culture.
