Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled HR Assistant to become a vital part of our team at SEID HQ. The successful candidate will oversee critical functions in human resources, including recruitment, employee onboarding, engagement, and overall HR operations. A proactive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices are necessary for this role.
Key Responsibilities: This includes managing recruitment processes, implementing employee engagement initiatives, assessing training needs, maintaining accurate employee records, and generating essential HR metrics.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, with proven experience in HR is required.
Salary: ₦100,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month. Application Deadline: April 25, 2025.
