The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR deliverables and providing vital administrative support. Key duties include overseeing HR processes, ensuring accurate employee records, and facilitating recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee HR processes and procedures.

2. Maintain current and accurate employee records.

3. Assist with recruitment and hiring initiatives.

4. Support the onboarding process for new employees.

5. Coordinate employee benefits management.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 2 years of HR experience.

2. Solid understanding of HR principles and practices.

3. Excellent communication skills.
