Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR and Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing and coordinating HR functions, as well as overseeing the daily operations of the company.
As the HR and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
In addition to HR duties, you will also be responsible for overseeing the operations of the company. This includes managing facilities, inventory, and procurement, as well as ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
