Job Description
We are looking to hire an HR and Admin Manager for our client, a Downstream Gas Company. The ideal candidate will manage HR and administrative functions for efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Recruiting and onboarding new employees
- Addressing employee relations and resolving workplace issues
- Ensuring policy compliance and implementing HR procedures
- Handling performance management and employee training
- Overseeing payroll and benefits administration
- Managing office operations and vendor relationships
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in a related field
- 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the downstream gas sector
- Proficient in HR software with knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
