Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Admin Intern at Lotus Beta Analytics located in Lekki.
- The HR and Admin Intern will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records and supporting HR policies, as well as administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- The HR and Admin Intern will also assist with employee benefits and personnel management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies.
- Experience with employee benefits and personnel management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
