Job Description
Bisedge Logistic & Infrastructure seeks an HR Analyst (Logistics) in Ilupeju, Lagos to support HR operations for the logistics team. Key responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, performance management, training coordination, recordkeeping, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and have at least two years of HR experience. Strong knowledge of labor regulations, excellent communication skills, discretion with confidential information, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office are required. Logistics or operational HR experience is preferred. This is a full-time position with a gross monthly salary of ₦250,00.
