Requirements:
- Minimum of a First Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration from a reputable University.
- 4 – 7 years of work experience in a structured environment with at least a year experience in the construction/real estate industry.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling correspondence, preparing HR-related reports & presentations, and maintaining employee records & documentation.
- Prior experience overseeing end-to-end recruitment process including crafting job descriptions, sourcing quality candidates, conducting interviews and ensuring seamless onboarding & offboarding experiences for employees.
- Prior experience coordinating training programs and conducting engaging workshops or sessions to enhance employee skills. Additionally, evaluate training effectiveness through feedback to ensure continual learning and development aligned with organizational goals.
- Proven experience effectively addressing/managing employee related issues within the organization by fostering open communication channels and cultivating a positive work environment conducive to conflict resolution.
- Able to develop and implement performance management frameworks that enhance employee productivity, engagement, and professional growth, as well as reward structures to recognize and encourage high organizational performance.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, and exhibits the ability to foster strong clients and stakeholder relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skill is required.
