Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced HR & Admin Supervisor to join our team. As an HR & Admin Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the HR department and overseeing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy development. You will also be responsible for assisting in the implementation of HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain a skilled workforce.
Furthermore, you will oversee the administrative functions of the company, including office management, facility maintenance, and vendor relations. You will play a vital role in creating and maintaining a positive work environment for all employees.
