Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Admin Senior Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources and administrative functions of our organization.
As the HR & Admin Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives. You will play a vital role in recruiting and retaining top talent, developing employee training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR and administrative team
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Develop and implement employee training and development initiatives
- Manage employee performance evaluation and feedback processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
- Handle administrative tasks, including managing office supplies and facilities
