Job Description
Excel and Grace Consulting is a key player in financial & business consulting, providing financial advisory services in Nigeria. We are hiring for the position of HR / Admin Officer in Sangotedo, Lagos for a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out evaluations and updates of employee job descriptions and performance indicators.
- Implement an effective performance management system.
- Analyze data to predict future trends in HR processes.
- Manage employee information database.
- Enforce company policies and support employee interpretation.
- Support learning and development activities.
- Maintain database on pension remittances, medical services, etc.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
- Support line managers in disciplinary or grievance hearings.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- 1+ years of work experience.
- Experience with payroll or budgets management.
- Proficient in HRIS.
- Professional, organized, and can multitask.
Salary: N150,00 – N160,00 Monthly.
