Position: HR / Admin Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and hiring processes.
- Manage employee relations and HR policies.
- Administer performance appraisal systems.
- Handle administrative tasks and employee benefits.
- Support training and development programs.
Eligibility:
- B.Sc/HND in related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Admin and HR experience.
- HR generalist experience preferred.
- Professional HR Certification a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
