Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an HR/Admin Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within our organization.
As an HR/Admin Manager, your responsibilities will include recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, payroll administration, and policy development. You will also be in charge of maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a thorough understanding of administrative processes. Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
