We are currently recruiting for the position of HR & Admin Executive in our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the HR department, including processing employee data, maintaining company policies, and assisting in hiring processes.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated HR and administrative officer to provide comprehensive support to the HR department. The ideal candidate will efficiently process employee data, keep company policies up-to-date, and assist in the hiring processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests.
• Updating internal databases with new hire information.
• Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates as needed.
• Preparing reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by department.
• Developing training and onboarding material.
• Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
• Gathering payroll data, like bank accounts and working days.
• Publishing and removing job ads.
• Responding to employees’ questions about benefits (e.g., the number of vacation days they’re eligible for).

Job Requirements:

• Previous work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Admin, or similar role.
• B.Sc in Human Resources Management or a relevant field with 3-6 years of experience.
• Experience using spreadsheets.
• Organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
• Great communication skills.

Salary: N150,00 – N250,00 / Month.
