Job Description
Cumbrian Consult Limited is seeking a proactive HR/Admin professional committed to fostering an efficient and supportive workplace. As the HR/Admin Assistant Manager, you will oversee critical HR and administrative functions to support company operations.
Job Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience.
- HR certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws.
