Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards.
- Train and supervise cleaning staff, ensuring they follow cleaning procedures and maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet cleanliness expectations.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address any repairs or maintenance issues promptly.
- Report any damages, malfunctions, or needed repairs to the management team.
- Assist with the check-in process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other essential items.
- Keep track of inventory levels and report when supplies need to be restocked.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and courteously.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a housekeeper or similar role.
- SSCE or equivalent.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
