Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and diligent Porter/Housekeeper to enhance our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of guest rooms, public areas, and efficiently handling luggage to ensure guest comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic features.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and support front desk and housekeeping tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness in the hotel entrance, lobby, and external areas.
- Clean guest rooms and common areas, change linens, and replenish supplies.
Requirements:
- Prior hospitality experience is preferred.
- Physically able to lift and move luggage and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional appearance.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
