Job Description
Express Resource Connect is seeking a talented and experienced Hotel Supervisor to manage daily operations at our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering outstanding customer service, effectively leading front-of-house staff, and ensuring the highest quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise hotel staff, address guest inquiries and complaints, manage room allocations, maintain accurate records, liaise with various departments, enforce health and safety regulations, control operational costs, and engage in employee training initiatives.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.
