Job Description

We are seeking a Hotel Supervisor to manage daily front desk and housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to hotel standards. You will coach and schedule staff, address guest concerns, enforce safety procedures, liaise with maintenance and management, and monitor performance and inventory.

• Minimum 2 years in hotel operations or a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of property management systems
• Flexible availability; high school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred)
