Job Description
Lekki Grandview Hotel is seeking a dedicated and professional Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued guests. The ideal candidate will warmly greet guests, efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, handle incoming phone calls, and address guest inquiries in a timely manner, all while maintaining an organized front desk environment.
Applicants should possess a minimum of an HND qualification and have 2-3 years of experience in front desk operations or customer service. A working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail, are essential for success in this role.
