About the Role:
YELLOW DOOR HOTELS is looking for a courteous and efficient Hotel Porter to improve our guest services. This role involves assisting with luggage handling, supporting the housekeeping and maintenance teams, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with their luggage.
- Deliver items to guest rooms as requested.
- Keep lobby and front areas clean and organized.
Requirements: Candidates should possess good physical strength, a friendly demeanor, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
