Job Description
MAISON FAHRENHEIT HOSPITALITY LTD is seeking a meticulous and experienced Hotel Performance & Compliance Officer. In this pivotal role, you will oversee operational standards, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and report directly to the Managing Director. Key responsibilities include conducting daily inspections, analyzing operational data, reviewing guest feedback, preparing weekly reports, and ensuring adherence to internal procedures and health regulations. Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, a strong understanding of hotel standard operating procedures (SOPs), proficiency in Opera PMS, and excellent communication skills.
