Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Hotel Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily activities across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance. Working closely with department heads and the General Manager, you will uphold service standards, conduct inspections, resolve guest complaints, manage staff scheduling, support recruitment and training, prepare operational reports, and ensure safety and vendor coordination.
- Requirements: strong leadership, clear communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with PMS and MS Office; keen attention to detail.
- Availability: flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
