Philban Consulting Ltd is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to enhance our team. This critical position is responsible for maintaining high-quality standards across all hotel functions while ensuring guests have an outstanding experience. You will manage multiple departments, including accommodations, food and beverage, reception, and spa services. Exceptional leadership skills are necessary to drive guest satisfaction and contribute to the overall strategic objectives of the property.

This full-time role offers a monthly salary between ₦200,00.00 and ₦250,00.00. Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of management experience and should be able to commute reliably to Yaba or be willing to relocate.
