Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as the Hotel Operation Manager. As the Hotel Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
Your main responsibilities will include managing and coordinating all operational departments, ensuring that each department is running efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for supervising staff, creating work schedules, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.
In addition to managing the operations, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability. You will work closely with other department heads to identify new business opportunities and improve overall performance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hotel operations experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are a must. The ability to work under pressure and make quick and effective decisions is also essential.
