Job Description
SPRINGSOURCE CONSULTING LIMITED is currently seeking a seasoned Hotel Manager to efficiently oversee daily operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage staff, assess employee performance, and implement successful marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will liaise with suppliers and travel agencies, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and handle financial tasks including budgeting and payment collection.
The successful applicant will possess a degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management, have a minimum of 3 years of management experience, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and customer service skills. Fluency in English is a must, while proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
