As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience. Your main duties will include managing staff, handling customer complaints, overseeing maintenance and housekeeping, and ensuring that the hotel’s financial goals are met.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing all hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
