Job Description

We are seeking a Hotel Manager, Food & Beverage to lead daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. The role includes supervising and training staff, maintaining service, safety, and sanitation standards, managing inventory and vendor relationships, controlling costs, and collaborating with the Executive Chef on menus and guest experience. You will prepare budgets and performance reports and ensure compliance with licensing and health regulations.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field and a minimum of 5 years of hotel F&B management experience.
• Skills: strong leadership, budgeting, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.
