Job Description
MAISON FAHRENHEIT HOSPITALITY LTD is seeking an experienced Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations within our hotel. This role includes managing HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance operations across the hotel.
- Diagnose and repair issues with A/C units and electrical systems.
- Conduct routine inspections for system efficiency and safety.
- Manage a team of maintenance staff and maintain necessary inventory.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and organizational abilities.
