Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR compliance at our busy property. The role includes overseeing hiring and onboarding, administering performance management, coordinating payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 3 years of HR experience in the hotel industry
- Strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency with HRIS
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
