Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy hotel rooms according to established standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and ensure a neat and welcoming appearance.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures, showers, and toilet bowls.
• Replenish toiletries and amenities.
• Dust and clean furniture, surfaces, and decorative items in the room.
• Wipe down mirrors, windows, and other glass surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors in hotel rooms and common areas.
• Address stains and spills promptly.
• Collect, sort, and launder linens and towels.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of clean linens.
• Restock amenities, toiletries, and guest supplies in rooms.
• Ensure that cleaning carts are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Report any items left behind by guests to the appropriate department.

Requirements:

• International passport
• Secondary school Certificate
• Police Report
• University Degree License
• Housekeepers should be physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Attention to detail is crucial to ensure that rooms meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are important for interacting with guests and providing excellent customer service.
• Efficiently manage time to complete tasks within established timeframes.
• Maintain integrity in handling guest belongings and adhere to hotel policies.
• Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and various hotel departments.
• Be reliable and punctual to ensure that rooms are cleaned and prepared for guests on time.
• Some hotels may provide on-the-job training, but having previous housekeeping experience can be an asset.
• Proficiency in the local language, and possibly additional languages, can be advantageous for effective communication with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with various cleaning products and their proper use.
