The GM will manage daily hotel operations, oversee financial results including budgeting and P&L responsibility, maintain high guest satisfaction, and provide strong staff leadership and development. The ideal candidate demonstrates solid business acumen, proven hotel management experience, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
