Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Hotel Food and Beverage Manager/Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the food and beverage team, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient and effective food and beverage operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Closely work with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
