Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Hotel Food and Beverage Manager / Restaurant Manager to join our team at Blu Atlantic Hotel. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations in our establishment.
Your main responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction, developing and implementing business strategies, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will also coordinate with other departments such as the kitchen and banquet team to ensure smooth operations.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong background in hotel or restaurant management. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are a must. A deep understanding of food and beverage trends, menu planning, and cost control is also required.
