Springsource HR Consulting, on behalf of SPRINGSOURCE CONSULTING LIMITED, seeks a skilled Facility Manager to ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and safety across multiple sites in Ibadan. The role includes oversight of building and equipment maintenance, supervision of technicians, cleaners, and security personnel, and enforcement of health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Qualifications: B.Sc. or HND in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in facility management.
- Compensation: ₦100,00–₦150,00 per month.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in leading multidisciplinary facility teams.
