Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Customer Care Representative to enhance our guests’ experiences. As the first point of contact, you will manage inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
