Job Description
Hotel Capitol is seeking a professional Hotel Cook to prepare high-quality meals while upholding our culinary and hygiene standards. Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a hotel or restaurant cooking role and hold an SSCE certificate; culinary certification is preferred.
- Prepare and present dishes to meet established standards of taste, appearance, and sanitation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, manage inventory, and follow food safety protocols.
- Collaborate with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure seamless service.
- Adapt recipes for dietary restrictions and seasonal menu changes.
