Job Description
One Step Ahead is seeking a Hotel Community Manager in Abuja to cultivate and energize an on- and offline community of guests and partners for our hotel and bistro. You will develop membership and loyalty initiatives, plan and host events and activations, coordinate partnerships with creatives and local brands, represent the brand at events, and work with social media to drive engagement and repeat visits.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in community management, marketing, events, or hospitality (3 years in hospitality preferred)
- Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and digital media awareness
- Full-time position; reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Abuja required
