Job Description
Class Suites Hotels & Apartments, a contemporary hotel chain situated near Muritala Muhammed Airport (LOS) and in the vibrant areas of Ikeja, Ogudu, Ogba, Agege, and Jabi, is actively seeking a driven and skilled Hotel Branch Manager for our Ikeja location.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments.
- Recruit, train, and lead staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Address guest complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance and drive profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy rates.
- Ensure adherence to regulations and manage inventory effectively.
- Prepare detailed reports and formulate strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree or HND with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
