Job Description
Ona Restaurant is currently seeking a warm and polished Hostess to serve as the welcoming face of our establishment. In this key role, you will greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating arrangements to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests.
- Oversee the reservation system and waitlist management.
- Assign tables according to guest preferences and rotation strategies.
- Present menus and guide guests to their assigned tables.
- Address and resolve minor guest concerns with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
